Sketching Sandhill Cranes

I visited Muscatatuck National Wildlife Refuge and surrounding fields this week. The highlight was Sandhill Cranes feeding in harvested cornfields along county roads. Creating a nature journal page to document your observations can simply be quick sketches of birds and their behaviors. Remember we are not trying to create artwork (unless that is your goal). Remember to stay curious and have fun!
