Indiana Audubon invites vendors and sponsors to participate in the 7th Annual Hummingbird Migration Celebration, taking place on Saturday, August 10, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Mary Gray Bird Sanctuary in Connersville. This summer event celebrates the Ruby-throated Hummingbird as it prepares to depart Indiana for its wintering grounds.

With over 500 attendees expected, it offers artisans, businesses, and organizations a unique opportunity to connect with families, nature enthusiasts, and conservation advocates. The celebration boats an inviting outdoor vendor’s market, local food trucks offering community flavors, live music, and engaging educational activities including hummingbird banding, birds of prey programs, and guided nature walks.

Local artisans and small businesses can secure a booth in the vendor’s market for just $50, with nonprofits eligible for a 50% discount on the vendor fee. For details and to apply, visit bit.ly/HMC2024-vendor.

Sponsorship opportunities are available at multiple levels: Pollinator ($100-499), Nectar ($500-1499), and Ruby-throated ($1,500+), each offering distinctive benefits for pre- and day-of-event publicity. Contact Libby Keyes, Mary Gray Bird Sanctuary operations manager, via email at [email protected] to inquire about sponsorship or download this PDF.
