IBRC DOCUMENTATION FORMS
The Indiana Bird Records Committee actively solicits documentation from all Hoosiers. Many resources are available for writing a great record documentation. These forms are to be used for all birds in Indiana that require documentation. Please refer to the Review List for a complete list of birds that the IBRC solicits documentation for.  Beginning in 2018, eBird checklists are eligible rare bird documentation forms, when forwarded to the chair. Such checklists should include standard documentation normally found on the official documentation form (detailed description, habitat, elimination of similar species, etc…).
Please fill out the form below with detailed information. IF you do not have access to the internet, you can download the form to enter and mail the information to the committee. https://indianaaudubon.org/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/IBRC-Documentation-Form.pdfÂ
NOTE: If uploading photos, please ensure they are under 20 MB each. Large files will not upload properly.
Note: The Internet and the use of email seems to promote haste and brevity in communications. Please slow down and provide clear and thorough descriptions on the form below. Thank you!
