Have you ever been outside and wondered “what is making that noise?!” If so, then join us for this Bird Song ID Workshop where we’ll give you the tools to help decipher bird songs!

Often times, you will hear birds rather than see them when you’re out in the field. So, species identification can be tricky if you don’t know what they sound like! Was that a buzz, chirp, or warble?! During this hour long workshop, we’ll talk about the different types of bird sounds and how you can pick them out among the chorus.  This course isn’t designed to be a comprehensive list of bird songs, but rather give you the tools to help identify them on your own.

This is a virtual workshop on Zoom at 3pm ET/2pm CT. Registration is required and closes on Saturday, April 10th at noon ET. All participants will receive the Zoom link upon registration. Tickets are $5 for Indiana Audubon members and $10 for non-members.
