The Indiana Audubon Society is the oldest conservation organization continuously operating in Indiana. We are not a chapter of the National Audubon Society, but an independent statewide organization. By joining, you will be supporting our mission to stimulate interest in birds and their protection; to serve the needs of youth, civic, church, schools and other groups by providing information concerning birds; and to educate the public concerning the necessity for and preserving Indiana's natural heritage, its unique flora and fauna.
As a new member of IAS, you will receive issues of the Cardinal Newsletter and the Indiana Audubon Quarterly (IAQ). The electronic Cardinal Newsletter will be emailed to you 6 times per year. Four times per year you will be alerted by email to login to the website where you will find the newest issue of the IAQ to download.
In addition, your membership includes access to the Birds of North America (BNA) website! A subscription to the BNA website is normally $42 a year, however, you receive it at no extra cost to you by becoming a member of IAS! New member access is granted on a quarterly basis (March, June, September, and December).
Once you become a member, be sure to login to the website when you visit to access all of your member benefits!
